Work Under Way on Beach Resort

Construction is under way at the Carlsbad Inn Beach & Tennis Resort, being developed overlooking the Pacific in Carlsbad, by Del Mar-based Winners Circle Resorts International.
The $25-million inn will consist of 132 vacation-ownership (time-sharing) condominiums, a 66-unit full-service hotel, 10,000 square feet of specialty shops, underground parking, a subterranean health spa, tennis courts and a cabana beach lounge.
The price of vacation weeks will range from $8,000 to $12,000 for one-and-two-bedroom units and pre-sales reservation program is expected to begin in March. The developer’s first project was the Winners Circle Beach and Tennis Resort in Del Mar.
