William L. Fowler has resigned as president of ailing Altec Corp., an audio-equipment firm that was based in Anaheim before moving most of its operations to Oklahoma City. The company filed under a Chapter 11 petition in September, 1983.
The company did not elaborate on his reasons for resigning.
