Baseball: Lake Elsinore is hot and ready to go

I’m here at The Diamond at Lake Elsinore for four Southern Section baseball championship games. It’s hot, there’s not a cloud in the sky and there should be lots of excitement from players getting to play in a 6,000-seat minor-league stadium that is cozy and classy.

I’ll be bringing you updates all day and night on the games. Action begins at 10 a.m. with the Division 4 final between Torrance and Palm Desert.

I shot a video this morning of the stadium to give fans an idea of what to expect.
