Assembly welcomes newest member

Democrat Mike Gatto was sworn in Thursday as the newest member of the California Assembly. Gatto fills the 43rd District seat previously held by Paul Krekorian, now a member of the Los Angeles City Council.

The district extends from Glendale through Silver Lake and into North Hollywood.
